Calming Cards

Designed by Dominique a Mum from Perth educated in  Psychology and Education who created this product Calming Cards to introduce little ones (and big ones) to calming techniques.

The cards are designed for ages 3 and up and introduce 10 different techniques including Deep Breathing, Muscle Relaxation, Grounding, Visualisation, Yoga and Mindfulness.

 

Calming cards can be used in a variety of contexts, including, a calming corner (or calming space) in the home, out and about, as a calming activity before bed, in classrooms and Day Care Centres (and some adults purchase them for their desks at work). They also make a great unique gift idea!

 

The cards come in a set of 10 and the RRP is $30

 Calming Cards are designed to teach life-long calming skills that, once learnt, can be drawn on when needed (without the continued prompt of the card).
