NDIS-Registered Provider

 Please Note- it is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that all guidelines have been abided by the Funding Criteria of NDIS requirements. 

SELF MANAGED Participants

  • Purchase your items through our Store using Credit Card, Direct Transfer or PayPal.
  • you will recieve a formal invoice in the parel, if you would like one emailed  please message us
  • please note all orders must be paid within 30 days or they will be deleted and no longer advailable

PLAN MANAGED Participants

  • Select the items you wish to purchase and add them to checkout
  • Fill in your delivery details, select plan managed as a payment method
  • You will receive a formal invoice from us within 1 working day
  • Forward your invoice to you Plan Management Service Provider
  • Once paid in Full Goods will be sent to you
  • Please make sure You put participants name and NDIS Number in (add a  note to your order section) upon entering in cart so we can include this on the invoice for your plan mamager

All NDIS Managed Customers will need to fill out a Service Agreement form to allow us to process
